神不偏待人
罗马书二章1至11节
1你这论断人的，无论你是谁，也无可推诿。你在甚么事上论断人，就在甚么事上定自己的罪；因你这论断人的，自己所行却和别人一样。
2我们知道这样行的人，神必照真理审判他。
3你这人哪，你论断行这样事的人，自己所行的却和别人一样，你以为能逃脱神的审判么？
4还是你藐视他丰富的恩慈、宽容、忍耐，不晓得他的恩慈是领你悔改呢？
5你竟任着你刚硬不悔改的心，为自己积蓄忿怒，以致神震怒，显他公义审判的日子来到。
6他必照各人的行为报应各人。
7凡恒心行善、寻求荣耀、尊贵，和不能朽坏之福的，就以永生报应他们；
8惟有结党、不顺从真理、反顺从不义的，就以忿怒、恼恨报应他们。
9将患难、困苦加给一切作恶的人，先是犹太人，后是希腊人；
10却将荣耀、尊贵、平安加给一切行善的人，先是犹太人，后是希腊人。
11因为神不偏待人。

这是一个措辞严厉的提醒，我们绝不可掉以轻心。我们每个人都要向神交账，终有一天，必要向祂交待自己如何渡过一生。正如保罗写信给哥林多信徒时曾提醒他们：「我们各人都要站在基督的审判台前。」
第4节带出另一个思想。我们曾否质疑神为何会答允未得救者的祈求──不单只是求取救恩，更是提出其他的要求？这节经文便为我们提供了答案。
神最渴望的一件事，就是让失丧的人得着救恩。祂愿意做任何事情来引导他们归向自己。因此，当未得救的人向神祈求的时候，神便会应允，例如：提供经济的出路或医治他的疾病。
神为何要这样做呢？神并没有义务要应允他们。未得救的人并不是祂的儿女；祂只是信徒的天父。
神这样做，为的是向人显明祂的恩慈，让他们自行去回应祂。神若应允了祷告，可使那人悔改得救的话，神便多得了一个儿女；这正是神最渴望的事。
神的爱是如何奇妙。祂虽然痛恨罪，因为罪使人与祂分隔，但祂却深爱罪人。祂是恒久忍耐的父神，祂愿意在人的心中长久工作，为的是拯救所有愿意聆听祂话语的人。祂不偏待人。无论是谁，凡愿意接受祂的邀请，借着基督来到祂面前的人，祂都无比欢迎。
反思：
啊，真神之爱，何等丰富！伟大无限无量，永远坚定，永远不变，天使圣徒颂扬。
GOD HAS NO FAVOURITES
Romans 2:1-11
1 Therefore you are inexcusable, O man, whoever you are who judge, for in whatever you judge another you condemn yourself; for you who judge practice the same things.
2 But we know that the judgment of God is according to truth against those who practice such things.
3 And do you think this, O man, you who judge those practicing such things, and doing the same, that you will escape the judgment of God?
4 Or do you despise the riches of His goodness, forbearance, and longsuffering, not knowing that the goodness of God leads you to repentance?
5 But in accordance with your hardness and your impenitent heart you are treasuring up for yourself wrath in the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God,
6 who “will render to each one according to his deeds”:
7 eternal life to those who by patient continuance in doing good seek for glory, honor, and immortality;
8 but to those who are self-seeking and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness—indignation and wrath,
9 tribulation and anguish, on every soul of man who does evil, of the Jew first and also of the Greek;
10 but glory, honor, and peace to everyone who works what is good, to the Jew first and also to the Greek.
11 For there is no partiality with God.
Message
This is one strong statement we ought never to forget. Individually we are responsible to God and one day must give an account to him for what we have done on earth. As Paul said in Writing to the Corinthians 'we must all stand before the Judgment Seat of Christ'.
Then verse 4 introduces another thought. Do you often wonder why God answers the prayers of unsaved persons, not just for salvation but for other requests also? The answer to that question is found in this verse.
God has one great desire- the salvation of the lost. He will do anything he can to bring them to himself. So sometimes when an unsaved person makes a request of God, God will grant that request. It may be for financial help or physical healing.
Why does God do it? He is not under any obligation to them. The unsaved person is not God's child. He is only the Father of those who believe.
God does it so that the person might come to love God for themselves. If by granting that prayer, God could lead that soul to repentance and salvation, God would gain another child for his family. That, as we said above, is God's great desire.
How wonderful is the love of God. He loves every sinner even if he hates the sin which separates them from himself. He is the waiting Father, longing and working toward the salvation of all who will hear his voice. He has no favourites. He wants and welcomes anyone who will accept his invitation to come to him through Christ.
