为基督作见证
马可福音七章31至37节
31耶稣又离了推罗的境界，经过西顿，就从低加波利境内来到加利利海。
32有人带着一个耳聋舌结的人来见耶稣，求他按手在他身上。
33耶稣领他离开众人，到一边去，就用指头探他的耳朵，吐唾沫抹他的舌头，
34望天叹息，对他说：以法大！就是说：开了罢！
35他的耳朵就开了，舌结也解了，说话也清楚了。
36耶稣嘱咐他们不要告诉人；但他越发嘱咐，他们越发传扬开了。
37众人分外希奇，说：他所做的事都好，他连聋子也叫他们听见，哑吧也叫他们说话。
信息分享
我们如何知道基督已经在某人的生命中作工呢？其中一个证据，就是那人会开口见证基督。我们每个人都拥有为基督作见证的特权。我们只要与基督相交，就会有许多见证，值得与人分享；无论对方是否基督徒，都可以从我们的见证中，看见基督在我们生命中的作为。
故事中的聋人连说话也有困难。我们的主与他有非常亲密的身体接触。当基督医治人的时候，并非每次都会触摸对方的身体。祂似乎知道谁人需要透过身体的接触，才能够认识和相信祂。有些人对祂满有信心，他们只要听见祂的吩咐，就会遵从而得着医治。然而，这个聋子却似乎完全失去了自信，基督需要主动触摸他，才能重建他的信心。
基督极少会以同一个方式去对待不同的人，反之，祂会「因材施教」。例如，祂向尼哥底母讲解重生的道理；对于井旁的那名妇人，祂却指出唯有祂才能满足她内心的空虚。我们是否善于体察人的需要？诚然，福音的信息只有一个，但我们却可以透过不同的传达方式，来满足各别的需要。
当基督触摸那人和祷告之后，神迹便发生了。可是，基督却嘱咐群众不要把事件传开。祂为甚么要阻止他们传开呢？因为祂不想身边经常围着一大班群众，要求祂显示各种神迹，那只会妨碍祂将福音传开。
基督今天期望信徒为祂做些甚么呢？祂希望信徒把祂的作为告诉别人──这就是我们称为的「见证」或「分享」。当我们深深体会到基督对我们的爱，我们又怎能默不作声呢？
祷告：
主啊，求你今天让我有机会为你作见证。
SPEAK OUT FOR CHRIST
Mark 7:31-37
31 Again, departing from the region of Tyre and Sidon, He came through the midst of the region of Decapolis to the Sea of Galilee.
32 Then they brought to Him one who was deaf and had an impediment in his speech, and they begged Him to put His hand on him.
33 And He took him aside from the multitude, and put His fingers in his ears, and He spat and touched his tongue.
34 Then, looking up to heaven, He sighed, and said to him, “Ephphatha, ” that is, “Be opened.”
35 Immediately his ears were opened, and the impediment of his tongue was loosed, and he spoke plainly.
36 Then He commanded them that they should tell no one; but the more He commanded them, the more widely they proclaimed it.
37 And they were astonished beyond measure, saying, “He has done all things well.He makes both the deaf to hear and the mute to speak.”
Message
How can we know that Christ has been allowed to work in a heart and life? One proof is that the person concerned has something to say for Christ. We all have the privilege of witnessing for Christ. If we are in fellowship with him, we will always have something to share with others, whether they know him or not.
This man was deaf and also could not speak properly. Our Lord made very personal contact with him. Christ did not always touch those he healed. He seemed to know who needed physical contact to help them understand and believe. He also knew who had faith enough simply to accept his word. This man seems to have been one whose self-confidence needed to be restored.
Christ very rarely treated or spoke to two people in the same way. He told Nicodemus that he had to be born again. He told the woman at the well that he could satisfy her restless searching heart. Are we as sensitive in our dealings with people? It is always the same message, but it has to be given in a way that will meet the need of those to whom we talk to.
As soon as Christ touched the man and prayed, the miracle took place. Then Christ tried to get the crowd to be quiet about it. Why did he do that? Because he never wanted a great crowd of people around begging him to show them miracles. Such a crowd would hinder his main work of preaching the gospel.
What does Christ want today? He wants men and women to tell others he has done for them. We call it 'witnessing' or 'sharing'. When we know Christ has done so much for us, how can we be silent?
