背負我們重擔的神
詩篇六十八篇1至10節及19節
1（大衛的詩歌，交與伶長。）願神興起，使他的仇敵四散，叫那恨他的人從他面前逃跑。
2他們被驅逐，如煙被風吹散；惡人見神之面而消滅，如蠟被火鎔化。
3惟有義人必然歡喜，在神面前高興快樂。
4你們當向神唱詩，歌頌他的名；為那坐車行過曠野的修平大路。他的名是耶和華，要在他面前歡樂！
5神在他的聖所作孤兒的父，作寡婦的伸冤者。
6神叫孤獨的有家，使被囚的出來享福；惟有悖逆的住在乾燥之地。
7神啊，你曾在你百姓前頭出來，在曠野行走。（細拉）
8那時，地見神的面而震動，天也落雨；西乃山見以色列神的面也震動。
9神啊，你降下大雨；你產業以色列疲乏的時候，你使他堅固。
10你的會眾住在其中；神啊，你的恩惠是為困苦人預備的。
19天天背負我們重擔的主，就是拯救我們的神，是應當稱頌的！（細拉）

詩篇中的許多作品，都是出自大衛的手筆。他對神的信心堅固，以致當他落到最懊喪灰心的時候，他仍然能反問自己說：「我的心哪，你為何憂悶？為何在我裡面煩躁？應當仰望神，因我還要稱讚他。」(詩四十三5)
在詩篇第六十八篇，大衛再次述說神如何祝福和看顧祂的百姓，縱使當他們流落在曠野之中，神也沒有一刻離棄他們(7至10節)。然後，正如某人一直侃侃而談神昔日如何看顧他，卻突然轉口說神今天又如何幫助他一樣，大衛也突然在第19節說：神天天背負我們的重擔。
我們有一位凡事為我們分擔的神。任何壓在我們身上的擔子，都同樣壓在神的身上，神總會為我們去背負。當朋友向我們訴苦的時候，我們總希望自己能為他們做些甚麼，來幫助他們；可是，有時卻又感到有心無力。但神卻不會有心無力。請看第19節的下一句：神是拯救我們的神；因此，不管我們落入甚麼境況，無所不能的神都必能拯救我們。
基督教的福音之所以如此奇妙，正是因為神不單滿有能力，而且，祂更願意天天背負我們的重擔。祂願意為我們分擔人生的重擔，更願意為我們親自去背負。對每位信徒來說，這實在是一個極大的鼓勵！
反思：
我身上有甚麼重擔？我們的神願意天天為我們去背負，為何我不放下重擔，讓神為我去背負呢？
OUR GOD CARRIES OUR BURDERS
Psalm 68: 1 – 10 &19
1 Let God arise,
Let His enemies be scattered;
Let those also who hate Him flee before Him.
2 As smoke is driven away,
So drive them away;
As wax melts before the fire,
So let the wicked perish at the presence of God.
3 But let the righteous be glad;
Let them rejoice before God;
Yes, let them rejoice exceedingly.
4 Sing to God, sing praises to His name;
Extol Him who rides on the clouds,
By His name YAH,
And rejoice before Him.
5 A father of the fatherless, a defender of widows,
Is God in His holy habitation.
6 God sets the solitary in families;
He brings out those who are bound into prosperity;
But the rebellious dwell in a dry land.
7 O God, when You went out before Your people,
When You marched through the wilderness,Selah
8 The earth shook;
The heavens also dropped rain at the presence of God;
Sinai itself was moved at the presence of God, the God of Israel.
9 You, O God, sent a plentiful rain,
Whereby You confirmed Your inheritance,
When it was weary.
10 Your congregation dwelt in it;
You, O God, provided from Your goodness for the poor.
19 Blessed be the Lord,
Who daily loads us with benefits,

Message
David, of course, wrote many of the Psalms. He had such a deep faith in God that even when he was most discouraged, he could still stay to himself, ‘Why are you cast down oh my soul? Hope in God and you will yet praise him’ (Psalm 43:5).
Here is Psalm 68 David tells again the wonderful way in which God had blessed and looked after his people even in dessert (vv.7 -10). Then like someone who is bubbling over with what God has done in the past, he suddenly says, ‘Why even today, God has done this and this for me’. David says in verse 19 ‘God daily (everyday) blesses us and carries our burdens for us.’
We have a God who shares everything with us. Everything that touches us, touches him. And he can always do something about our problems. Sometimes when folks have told us about their troubles, we have wished we could do something to help them. Perhaps we can’t. God is not like that. Look at the rest of verse 19. It could be translated, ‘Our God is our deliverer’. He is never limited in what he can do.
That is what makes the Christian gospel so wonderful. Our God can and does enter into our situations day by day. He can share them with us and carry all our burdens. What an encouragement!
